• Delivery Times: Photos will be provided within 24 hours, while videos are delivered within 36 hours.

• Aerial Footage: Drone services depend on airspace laws, weather, and visibility. If conditions aren’t suitable for flying, we may need to reschedule to capture aerial shots safely.

​

• Re-Shoots: Exterior re-shoots for photos are $40. If new exterior footage is needed and re-editing is required, the fee is $100.

​

• Weather-Related Changes: If bad weather is anticipated, you can reschedule at no cost as long as it’s done before we start traveling. Please note that if filming proceeds in poor weather, the quality of exterior shots may be affected.

• Cancellation Policy: Canceling within 5 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $50 fee. If canceled within 5-24 hours, the charge will be $30.
